ART CLASS //1//

Jaelle grinned as she entered the art room ahead of her first class. It was the first time she'd be teaching at Park, and she was a little nervous, but in a good way. She'd spent a couple of weeks decorating the room, and it was freshly painted and cleaned, brightly coloured tables and chairs were dotted about the room to seat two or four people at each. The art supplies were in a cupboard at the back and there were several blank boards on the walls ready to display work.

Her own desk was in a complete mess already though, in stark contrast to the rest of the room. Sitting down at it, she started to tidy it before the students arrived, although she probably wouldn't get very far in the few minutes she had. Chaos would probably reign after that, the class was rather large at thirteen, most were normally smaller at the college. Not one to be phased though, Jaelle had chosen to keep the class as one rather than splitting it up into two or even more as some teachers did. The students would most likely be rather indpendant anyway, apart from when she was leading a theory class on a certain artist.

Popping the cardboard box she held under the desk, a couple of kittens mewed quietly, begging for attention. Fussing over them for a moment, she knew they needed feeding and gave up on tidying to slip into her little supply room where she had powdered milk and a kettle. When it was done, she sat back at her desk with two kittens drinking from syringes on her lap, and the others clambering up the sides to get there share as soon as possible. Hopefully the first student who turned up would be able to help. Jaelle grinned, realizing that there weren't many colleges who would let her cart round the youngest of her animals family around to campus to teach classes.

[Onzy]

Liam padded slowly down the school corridors, making sure that he wasn't noticed, as always trying to stay invisible to a world that didn't care if he was there or if he disappeared from view. A worn messenger bag was slung across his shoulder, pins adorning the whole strap. His stone-wash jeans were faded with age, a long sleeved shirt was rolled up to his elbows, and his All-Stars were a faded gray. Under his one arm he carried an A3 sketch book, all his sketches varying with subject.

Entering the class, he noticed that he was the first one to actually arrive. His only solace was knowing that SJ was also in the class, no doubt with orders from Connor to look after him. The teacher in the corner was busy with kittens, cute furry little bundles, and instantly Liam was drawn to them. Putting down his things, he walked over to the desk and fumbled with his notebook, well, writing paper actually. Can I help? he scribbled in down, offering the paper to the teacher. Another thing was that Liam refused to talk to all but four people, three at the College.

He knew that it was harder to make friends that way, but he had friends, they just didn't look like people.
