PERSONALITY:
Evan is a very quietly spoken, reserved man. He'd rather stay in with his pets or wander out alone than have company, unless that company is Remii. He has all the time in the world for his granddaughter, but unless you are 5'6, have brunette hair and answer to Locket, you can be gone. He dotes on Remii and would do anything for her, making up for lost time as he puts it.
He may not like being around people, but that doesn't mean he isn't caring. If he sees anyone the slightest bit distressed, he'll make it his duty to try and cheer them up or help. He's naturally a kind person. As well as this, he's very protective. If he could, he would wrap his granddaughter up in bubble wrap and hide her from the world. Sadly, she's a little too strong willed for that.
He's a very wise human being and always has a little fact to share with someone. He's a perfect candidate to come to advise for and will never turn someone away if they ask him. He loves to share his wisdom with others, but never would force it upon someone. He's too considerate for that.
Evan has a huge place in his heart for animals, and being an ex-breeder of Irish Sport Horses, he has a lot of respect for them. He has obviously handed this down to Remii and they really bond over their love of horses. They spent the whole summer working with both Remii's small herd and the two remaining horses he has from his stables. He also has his cat and dog which became the best of friends with Thyme.
BACKGROUND:
Evan was born in Dublin, Ireland. He grew up in a wealthy background and went through school with no troubles. He married his childhood sweetheart and went onto have a daughter. Sadly, his wife died due to cancer before they could have any more children. Life went on, and Evan eventually lost his daughter to America when she was old enough. With an empty nest, he decided to set up his own breeding stables which specialized in Irish Sport Horses. He heard that he had a granddaughter and for two years took regular visits to the states. Then, his daughter told him that Remii had died. Evan broke down, the only thing that kept him going were his horses.
Finally, while visiting America, out of pure luck he stumbled into Remii. Their reunion had been emotional, she hadn't believed him at first. but finally she accepted it. She came to Ireland with him for the summer and they began to work with their horses. Evan had sold his barn at this point, but still had a couple of equines. He stumbled across Park College online and told Remii. She agreed to go there and he decided to move to Park too. Now with his two horses, cat and dog, he's taken up a job as the Park Care taker in Willow lake. Finally his life seems to be in harmony again, and things are looking up.
