PERSONALITY: Danny is a quiet introverted soul. He isn't much of a speaker, but when he does say something, then it worth taking a listen. He prefers his own company, or that of a few good friends, but never major crowds, as he is very clausterphobic. He can often be found taking a leisurely stroll across campus grounds, humming and talking to himself, but he isn't crazy.
He is very sweet once a person gets to know him, and can be trusted with anything. It can almost be guranteed that he won't speak out. His lessons are sure to be entertaining, his spunk actually coming out for the time he teaches. He is slow to anger, but when he does then it's more of a guilt trip than anything else.
His love life is something of a mystery. As a young man, he was a chronic cheater, but grew out of the habit. Danny did fall in love, but the person ran off with another man. (Karma is a cow). He isn't really one to look for love, and is a very cautious one. He won't admit his true feelings for any woman until he knows that they share the attraction.
BACKGROUND: Danny was born in the town of Hempens, and it was a small town. His mother was Irish (hence the strange spelling of his name) and his father a Dutch Frenchman. He was a very privileged boy, his family background being so diverse. He speaks Irish Gaelic, French and Dutch fluently, as well as English. With only about +- 150 citizens when he was born, everybody helped raise Danny. It was a large extended family, and it didn't really matter if they were related or not.
He was schooled at a boarding school in Utrecht, and he started playing the piano aged 6, taking lessons while attending. He found that he enjoyed playing an instrument, and a few years later took up the guitar and violin. His interest lay in music, and he didn't care for anything in the science related fields, much to the disappointment of his father who is a doctor, but his mother didn't really mind. She was happy for her son to study what he wanted to.
Graduating, Danny went to study at Juilliard, majoring in Piano. He then completed a diploma in teaching, and turned his attentions to teaching the younger generations the wonders of the musical world. He taught for a year at his old school in Utrecht, but when he saw that the opening for a music teacher was available, he applied.
Horse riding wise, he has been riding for the same amount he has been playing music, so twenty one years. He isn't an active competitor, but enjoys the show circuit as much as the hack in the forest.
