(Too lazy to create a posting template. Excuse my laziness)
REMII LOCKE
She sat in the stall, her oracles locked on the Chestnut mare who lain in front of her. Another sigh huffed from the mare, her maw pressed into the ground. She was depressed, and it was making Remii recede into her shell again to try and figure out why. Fade seemed to take up a lot of her time, and there was the fact that she had three other unruly equines and one that was pining for another which was just situated across the yard from him. Remii rolled her oracles as she thought of Oscar. He was becoming obsessed with Casey all over again. Mind you, Remii was the same for the Anglo-Arab's owner. A grin lit up her features as she thought of Harry, and then it fell again. She remembered where she was going in ten minutes. She and Harry were going to meet Evan, her grandfather. This would be the first time Harry would meet Remii's only family member. Well, the only one she was in touch with. She was dreading it. Evan wasn't the most umm, social of human beings. He was bound to take a dislike to Harry due to the fact that he was dating his little Locket. Her grandfather was the only person who could ever call her by her nickname, it wouldn't suit anyone else. The male's Irish vocals just suited the word, it wouldn't seem right coming from anyone else. Her lips pursed as she thought on how the meeting would go. It wasn't looking good in her mind. She glanced down at her watch, and noted the time. Her face soured, she had to go and meet Harry now. Let the fun begin.
She left Fade's stall, pausing to make a fuss of the mare before she went on her way. Fade responded by pressing her cranium forward to meet Remii's hand. The girl smiled softly. That was an improvement, but not a substantial one. She needed a new plan soon for the mare. As she walked from the block, she peered into Flax's stall. The gelding was lame so wasn't out in the pastures with the other horses. He was looking well and truly sorry for himself. She chuckled at his expression, which made him pin his audits back and in turn made her rolled her eyes. Even when he wasn't himself he was a pain in the backside. But, by tomorrow, his leg should be fine and he'd be back to bossing Whisper and Riddle around. Finally leaving the yard, she put two fingers in her mouth and let out a loud, ringing whistle. She heard a rustle, and then a sharp bark. Then, a large, lumbering frame darted toward her. She laughed as he launched himself at her. She caught his paws in her hands and they continued on in their sort of dance. Thyme's tongue lolled out of the side of his mouth as they continued and then he finally dropped back onto all fours. They made their way around to the main office where they would wait for Harry.
She was perched on the bonnet of the car as she waited for her boyfriend. That word made a smile pull at her lips. Thyme was sprawled on the floor beside the vehicle. She glanced down at him, and he seemed to have fallen asleep. She chuckled, and then pulled her shoe from her feet. Angling it so it wouldn't hurt him but just startle him, she dropped the shoe onto him. He ripped his head up and glared at her accusingly. She just laughed, pulling a kissy face at him. He wagged his docked tail and then promptly sprawled against the ground again. She stared at her shoe, trying to work up the energy to go and retrieve it. She shrugged, deciding to get it after. Her legs pulled up to cross in front of her, and she rest her elbows on her thighs. She hoped Harry would turn up soon, as much as she didn't want to go to her grandfathers, she hated waiting.
(Quite like it! Will add Evan in the next post)
