Show Name: Kehr Carnett Barn Name: Kerry Age: 7 Gender: gelding Color: bay Breed: Holsteiner Height: 16.3 hands
Personality: While Kerry is feisty under saddle, on the ground he's a sweetheart and a sucker for treats. He's gentle enough to be handled by a child. It's when you put him to work that he gets hot. He's never outright mean, but he does really enjoy his job and shows it through playful bucks and a pace that's faster than really required. He doesn't pull and has no bad habits other than that, but he's a handful to say the least.
History: Kerry was imported from a small yard in Germany, where he lived until he was almost three. He was pampered, although the owners were strict about his behavior even as a young foal, and so he never picked up habits like biting or leading badly. When he was imported, it was no different, except for the fact that he was started under saddle then. He was shown as a five-year-old in low level jumping classes, and has since shown his love for his job.

Show Name: Anabelle Lee Barn Name: Anabelle Age: 4 Gender: mare Color: chestnut Breed: Swedish Warmblood Height: 17.2
Personality: Anabelle is the polar opposite of Kerry: hot as hell on the ground, but significantly calmer under saddle. The difference between the two sometimes gives Jacqui whiplash. She likes to run people over, and varies between the two extremes of practically on top of you and lagging at the end of the leadrope. She doesn't seem to know her own strength, and though she's not mean, per say, when she offers a friendly head nudge, she very nearly knocks people over. Anabelle is a very straightforward mare under saddle; even at her young age, she is basically point-and-shoot. She doesn't know very much and therefore takes a while to respond to some cues, but her heart is in it.
History: Anabelle was actually bred in Scotland, although she was moved to Wales as soon as she was weaned. Her bad manners stem somewhat from her first two owners, who rarely reprimanded her and allowed her to act as she pleased. By some miracle, the person who started her when she was three was different, and she therefore is well-mannered under saddle.
