PERSONALITY: As stubborn as they come, Nancy very often doesn't take the rules into account. Sometimes for the good, sometimes the bad. She's professional in her behaviour, but doesn't bring her work home with her. Nancy just loves having her spare time spent with her family, and always makes that extra hour in her schedule.
She doesn't lose her temper quickly, but it just so happens that when she is sleep deprived. Nancy is a happy go lucky, and very friendly person. She doesn't talk a lot about her past, and prefers that no one hassles her about it. She also doesn't talk easily about her problems, and hides it, making sure that others are okay, before she will take care of herself.
BACKGROUND: Nancy was born in San Francisco. Her father is a doctor and her mother passed away when she was 4 from breast cancer. She doesn't really remember her mother, and so doesn't feel like she needs one. The rest of her life was pretty normal. Out of high school, she went into Pre-Med, but didn't want to become a doctor. She became a paramedic when she was 22, and year later changed professions. This time she became a police officer, and couldn't enjoy it more.
She met Glenn, got married and had Katie. Her life couldn't be better.

Parker is a Bernese Mountain dog, aged 6. He is a protective one, and almost never leaves Katie's side when she is at home.
Desari or Dizzy is a Hungarian Viszla aged 5. She is a friendly and loyal creature, and runs to greet anyone and everyone. She is mainly the one that sleeps on the bed, and isn't easily chased away.
Matty and Dodger are two Golden Retriever brothers, aged 7. They are protectors of the family, but can be a lot of fun to be around. Matty is the most protective of Nancy, while Dodger is the one that protects Katie along with Parker. Matty was a service dog, but was retired when he took a stray bullet. Dodger never made the cut.
