Beautiful Deanna used to be outgoing, kind and considerate. She used to have time for everyone and wanted to help everything. But, drugs changed her. All she cares about now is where her next hit is coming from. She puts herself before everyone except Ethan. Drugs are the most important thing now, and nothing should stand in between her and them. She used to be extremely intelligent, but the drugs have numbed her brain.
Her usually bubbly self is a thing of the past. She is now almost silent, only speaking when spoken too. She isn't trusting, she doesn't really like close contact unless it comes from Ethan. She, deep down, is disgusted with herself for being a prostitute not so long ago. Especially as she was so young. She no longer keeps in touch with many people, she hasn't spoken to her parents in years. She can rarely even remember their names as she's always out of it. The only time she tries, not succeeds but tries, to stay with it is when she's working. She's only working due to Ethan's orders, he wants her to bring money into the house and make it seem like their a normal couple. Yet, she some how always slips up and gets fired, which makes Ethan extremely mad.
The timid female gets worried about everything, wondering if she's done it wrong and is going to get a beating for it. She's forever doing things over and over again which, when they have company, Ethan passes off as OCD. It may be a hint of it, but if it is it was caused by the man. Her mind often natters to itself, what she doesn't realize is that she's doing it aloud too. She's forever being shouted at by Ethan for talking to herself, and she has no idea she's doing so.
Although she used to be friendly, and still does like people, she has no friends. She does find herself staring at others, envying how close they are. Even when she was in the 'business' she had people to talk to about it and comfort her when she was down. But now, she has nobody except Ethan who doesn't care for her mindless nattering. So, she just chats to herself. That's the end of that.
Dee is very caring, she has a lot of respect for people. Even though she's usually out of it, she doesn't like offending people. She feels bad if she does so. Zigg and Rocky are two things that she's able to distribute her love to when Ethan is out, when she's able to she spoils them rotten. Rocky is very protective of Dee and often snarls at Ethan and goes to bite him when he's hurting Dee. These two are probably the only things keeping her going when Ethan isn't around to keep her occupied. She treats them as if they are her children.
BACKGROUND:
Everything was fine and dandy until she was sixteen. Going through school, she had wonderful friends. Though she wasn't one of the more popular students, she was well known and respected. She was the sweet, geeky girl that everyone knew and loved. But, at 16, she fell in with the wrong crowd. Her old friends were forgotten, and she developed a relationship with drugs. She left school, being picked up by a pimp and sold her body in exchange for a hit. She thought of this as normal, how wrong she was. Her pimp grew desperate for some drugs, and exchanged her for some. She wasn't too bothered, she still got drugs for what she did, and was happy that it would only be one man from now on.
The increasingly skinny vixen has since been with Ethan for three years. He uses her when he pleases, she complies and gets what she needs. She believes that she's in love with him, and that he's the only one ever able to make her happy. She's completely addicted to drugs and would never leave Ethan by choice and give up her almost free supply. When he hits her, which is often, she'll hide the evidence with makeup or long clothing. She'd do anything for him, yet she doesn't know that he'll pass her on whenever something better comes along. She knows that she belongs to him, and would never disobey him intentionally. She doesn't know what she does to deserve her beatings, but is sure not to repeat what ever she had just done.
