The Knowledge Gained is Used Primarily for Annual Reporting and Tenure and Promotions. We Have Not Yet Worked With Internal or External Organizations to Raise Awareness of Our Badges but We Will Be Looking to Do Something Similar Following an Initial Review of the Badge Scheme. Q. Are the Badges Offering Mainly Soft Skills Related to a Specific Area or Are They More Technical in Nature? A. The Competencies, Skills and Knowledge Learned on Our Courses Are a Combination of Technical and Soft Skills as They Focus on Teaching and Other Academic Work.
