Connal is one of those guys that appears to be cold and shrewd, but he is actually a pretty nice guy once you get to know him. He is a fantastic businessman, looking for small opportunities that he would be able to develop and create a franchise from. It isn't so much about the money for him, but being able to create a job market from it. He often invests in larger business as well, buying small amounts of stock just as an investment. Connal doesn't take nonsense from anyone, and then does become the cold and shrewd person that people see. He loves business, not the politics that comes with it, but interacting with different people from all walks of life. It keeps life interesting for him and travelling to new and old destinations.
As stated, Connal is a friendly guy. He is open and welcoming to those that now him, and even more so to strangers. He has a good attitude, and believes that everything happens for a reason, so even if something does go wrong, then he is able to shrug it off and carry on, seeking the next challenge. It annoys some people, especially those who seek revenge, but he doesn't allow it to get to him, so he just carries on with his life. With his family he is a big teddy bear, and his children love him. He is a real family man and even the first stop after any business trip is his home. He doesn't like to work from home and even when he has enough work to keep him awake for days, he refuses to take it home.
Anger wise, Connal tries to retain his temper as much as possible, but he also doesn't get angry as such. He has a way of someone feeling incredibly guilty which is actually worse than anger. He doesn't enjoy it, and so hardly does it. Sometimes he does shout, but very rarely.
