Kian just chuckled good-naturedly at her scolding, grinning as they made their way to the stables. He shadowed her to the tack room, oracles trained firmly on her behind once again. What could he say? He was a man, and when someone's backside as good as Bella's was only his to ogle he was going to take advantage of it. As they entered the tack room, he instantly made his way to the large bridle belonging to his Clydesdale. Kian grinned excitedly as Bella asked which trail they were using. "Woodland trail." he offered nonchalantly, picking up his own helmet. Little did Bella know, Kian had a surprise for her. She'd find out soon enough.
His arm was back around her shoulders as they made their way to the pastures. Her's was before Awyr's and Fflam's, but there was only a couple more between the two pastures. He left Bella to get Manor, before making his way to his patiently waiting steed. Fflam had placed herself strategically in the far, back corner of the pasture with obviously no intention of being caught. "No need to worry Fflam, it's Awyr I need now." he chuckled, running his hand along the broad face of the bay in front of him affectionately. The large gelding allowed Kian to put on his bridle with no problems, lowering his head just enough so it wouldn't be difficult for his owner. For his troubles, Kian scratched him between the audits fondly, something he rarely got to do due to the equine's sheer height. Awyr nickered in appreciation, then straightened up when Kian stood back, his intelligent oracles looking at his master expectantly.
Leading his steed from the pasture, he aligned the equine beside the fence for him to get on. He would have easily sprung himself up onto Fflam, but for a large Clydesdale like Awyr, Kian needed a little help. Agilely hoisting himself up onto the top of the fence, and balancing as if he was on the flat, even ground, and climbed onto his impressive Bay's back. Awyr barely blinked through the ordeal, though seemed a little surprised when Kian finally settled onto him. It was as if the chilled out gelding hadn't even noticed his owner on the fence. Kian chuckled, which was cut short when he heard the sound of approaching hooves. He turned to greet Bella with a smile, before digging in his heels to Awyr's side slightly. The brute complied, but his pace was lazy and slow. Kian rolled his eyes, before talking to the gelding. "C'mon Awyr, we've gotta get there today. Not tomorrow." he scolded, asking the gelding to speed up. He did so only when Manor approached his side, wanting to keep pace with his new companion.
The woodland trail was wide enough to accommodate Awyr with ease, along with Manor at his side. Though, where Kian was leading them, the path narrowed out a bit so the equines would have to go single file. "Keep behind Bella, there is something I wanna show you down here and the path gets narrower the further we ride along it." he called to his girlfriend, glancing over his shoulder. They were no longer on the main trail, but making their way to a small meadow that Kian had accidentally come across while riding Fflam. When another branch flickered against Kian's thigh, he concluded that the path was much easier to ride along while on his more lithe mare, but Awyr seemed to have no protests. In fact, ever now and then, he'd reach up to yank at a leaf covered branch, munching on it as they walked. Kian just chuckled, patting the gelding's neck happily.
They soon reached the destination Kian had been leading them toward, where the path opened up again and allowed both equines to enter side by side. Kian had Awyr fall back a little as Bella entered the meadow, his oracles locked on her face as she took it in. In the center was a picnic blanket, spread out perfectly with a basket on the right hand corner of it. This morning, he had come down to set it up. He knew he wasn't the greatest boyfriend, not with all the crap he'd put Bella through, but this was a little thanks for her putting up with him. Plus, he just loved to surprise her. Dismounting from Awyr, he tied the reins in a knot so the wouldn't fall for him to step on, and let the gelding graze peacefully. "Surprise," he murmured to Bella, approaching her slowly. His expression was now nervous, his cheeks flushing a little in embarrassment. Was it too much?

Bella walked with Kian as far as the paddocks, but her's was earlier on than his. Slipping through the fence, she was accosted by a few faces. Biscuit, Flame and Manor all demanded attention, but the first two lost interest because she had no treats. Manor tried to retreat but she had snagged him with the reins to prevent it. Slipping on the snaffle bridle, she did up the buckles and everything that went with it. Manor was big at 17 hands, but Bella had a trick or two up her sleeve. Tapping him behind his elbow, Manor sank onto his knees, from which she quickly mounted. Opening and closing the gate, she looked towards Kian who was mounting Awyr. The gelding's sheer size was intimidating, but he was an actual sweet heart. Bella would know seeing that she had to pick him up along with Danger and Fflam. That had been one heck of an experience. Nudging Manor into a walk, Bella made her way towards the pair, the black's hooves clicking on the path. Seeing that they weren't going to be galloping or anything, she hadn't bothered to bring along the brushing boots. Bella chuckled at Awyr's antics, glancing at Kian's facial expression. Come on, she said, already noticing the height difference between the horses. There was also the size, Awyr bigger than Manor in most ways. Manor was just a dainty Thoroughbred and acted as such. They entered the trail, and it started out being big enough for the both of them, but Bella fell behind Awyr naturally as Kian led the way. They took a fairly hidden path, one that Bella had never even seen before when riding. She trusted Kian though, and she also trusted him enough not to push the boundaries that she had set up so clearly. There was a knot on her stomach, tension maybe, but she didn't know. Her gut always warned her when something was wrong, but for once she pushed the feeling away, knowing that the trust she had in Kian came in handy. He did protect her though, but she had also put up with his nonsense throughout the year. More than enough nonsense. Manor was happy to munch along the way. Every now on the reins would jerk as Manor reached for grass or branches. The horse had horrible trail manners, that was for certain. She rode him on a loose rein, not wanting it to feel like a training session, so the blame could be pinned on her as well. They were going deeper and deeper into the trail when at last they came to a meadow. Bella was struck speechless by what she saw. She slipped off Manor, holding onto the reins, watching a flushed Kian approach her. I love it, she whispered when he was close enough. Tying Manor alongside his new buddy, Bella wrapped her arms around Kian's waist. She looked into his ice blue eyes, trying to gouge the emotions and thoughts, but after all this time, he still remained a closed book to her. Bella stood on the balls of her feet to reach him, and planted her lips on his. They never changed, still tasting of honey and an unknown substance.

He gave himself a mental fist bump as she drew closer to him, obviously pleased with his surprise. Grinning excitedly at her, he drew his arms around her waist as she became close enough to do so and drew her tightly to his chest. Meeting her lips, he sighed in contentment at the familiarity of them. The taste, the texture. He'd never grow tired of moments like this. See, he could be sweet and romantic when he wanted to be! Bringing his hands up to cup her cheeks, he angled the kiss so that he could deepen it. His tongue swiped along her bottom lip, asking for entrance to her mouth. When granted, he greedily explored before pulling away to catch his breath momentarily. As he did so, his lips trailed kisses along her jaw and down her neck, pressing lightly into her collar bone and grazing his teeth along it gently. Placing a soft kiss on her lips, he rest his forehead against hers. "I love you, Bells." he told her quietly, though the words dripped with truth. He wasn't one to throw those words around lightly. As much as he was an asshole sometimes, love was something he'd never taken for granted. He knew how valuable it was.
Slipping his hand in to hers, he led her toward the picnic blanket spread out not far away from where they had been standing. Awyr watched his owner curiously, but after seeing that Kian wasn't going far he continued to graze. Sitting with an ungraceful thump, he pulled Bella down so that she was sat in his lap. He was unwilling to have her any further from him, relishing in the fact that they could be so close and go uninterrupted. Fate was often cruel to them, having people interrupt their moments alone. They didn't usually get them. Especially with all this Ieuan crap, it seemed the pair were often solving other peoples problems. Holding her close to him, he reached up to sweep her hair away from her neck and pressed his lips firmly in to the crook of it. He refrained himself from giving her a hickey, knowing for a fact that he'd pay for it later. Bella scared him a little too much than he'd like to admit when she was angry, he tried most of the time to keep her calm. Then other times, he'd do everything in his power to get her to react. Their relationship could be seen as strange in some eyes, but for them it worked.
Tilting her chin closer to him so that his lips could meet hers once again, he grinned at her. There was a touch of sly undertones in that grin, something only a select few could pick up on. Ieuan could spot it a mile off. As could Dafydd. Bella also could, and was probably the most frequent receiver of said smile. Crashing his lips to hers, he quickly but firmly rearranged their bodies so that she was now flat on her back and he was hovering over her. "We're alone Bells.." He started in a singsong voice, his expression mischievous and his oracles glinting playfully. "And you know what that means.." he leaned forward and whispered in her ear, his tone becoming suggestive and noticeably deeper. Huskier if you will. Placing a kiss just beneath her ear, he pulled back to meet her eyes, allowing her to make the next move. If he went too far without her approval, he'd never hear the end of it.

Bella had never known what it was like to love someone outside of her family before. Yes, she liked guys before, but it was fleeting moments. What she had with Kian was real, and she knew it was going to last. It was what she saw between her parents many years ago, before they had developed a life that was so distant from each other and ultimately ended in their divorce. She closed her eyes as Kian returned and deepened the kiss. She quite easily granted him access and as he explored, she returned it. Fire was playing in her veins, her heart rate sped up and the neurons in her brain were firing off signals at a manic pace. When Kian withdrew to take a breath, she tried hard and failed, as she pouted slightly. This was not something that she wanted to stop. I love you too, she replied, looking into those blue eyes again. The true emotions were there, and she knew without even looking into Kian's windows that he had spoken the truth. He wasn't someone to take things like love lightly. Bella allowed to be pulled towards the blanket. Chuckling slightly as Kian sat down with an ungraceful thump, she soon joined him on his lap. He was possessive, but she wouldn't have sat anywhere else. This closeness was valued time, because it always ended up being interrupted by someone, namely their best friends, or in her case as well, her twin. Thankfully there was small chance of that happening this time round because it was holidays and no one knew they were here. It seemed that they were always trying sort out everyone else's problems, and it didn't seem that it would sort itself soon. If anyone had to look in on their relationship they would say it was dysfunctional. To Bella and Kian it worked quite well. They both had tempers, but she she secretly knew that she had the upper hand. Kian brushed away her hair from the crook of her neck and planted his lips there. Bella didn't quite know how to handle it, but allowed him to continue. She knew that he knew all hell would break loose if she had a love bite there. The first time she found his mark on her it wasn't the prettiest of confrontations. Mainly because she hadn't told anyone about the start of their relationship at that point in time, and if Dafydd had seen... Well, she wasn't sure what his reaction would have been. Feeling Kian's hands on her face, she relaxed her neck and facial features to accommodate him. She felt his lips on hers, her eyes closed to absorb the full effect of the moment. Bella's eyes fluttered open when she was jostled, and then she was confronted with the reality that she was on her back and Kian hovering above her. That smile was there again, the one she knew so well, and had rejected too often to count. I know, she answered hoarsely to his statement. Nerves bundled in her stomach, her mind playing ping pong with the options. Should she initiate or shouldn't she. Whatever she decided, there was going to be some sort of consequence. Bella lifted her head slightly to reach Kian's lips, her hands pulling his head closer. Her hands moved along his neck and slipped towards his waist. She slipped them under his shirt, feeling the sculpted abdomen underneath her fingertips. She bit playfully at his earlobe, her own mischievous look coming into her eyes. Don't ask questions, she said, her voice hoarse and husky.

Her tone cause a low, throaty moan to form in his throat. He had to refrain himself from making the first move, but it was proving more and more difficult. Finally, after what seemed an eternity, she reached up and captured his lips. A groan of relief made it's way out of its mouth, only to be swallowed by the passionate kiss he and Bella were currently sharing. As her fingers grazed his abdomen, the muscles contracted at the cool touch. A swell of pleasure fluttered in his stomach, causing him to groan as her teeth caught his ear lobe. Meeting her gaze, his oracles darkened with desire and his expression became almost predatory at her words. Without a word, his lips crashed to hers almost violently, the action almost frantic. He'd finally been given the permission to do what he'd been wanting for months. Not that he was complaining, he loved the relationship he had with Bella without the physical aspect. But a guy has needs, and Kian had been held at arms length a little too long. Unable to resist the temptation, Kian found his lips firmly attached to Bella's neck. Cheekily, he proceeded to suck a hickey onto it. As much as he'd regret it later, he wanted to leave a mark to show everyone that Bella was his. And his alone. Sure, nobody would dare make a move on Bella after hearing the tales of what Kian could do. But, that didn't stop them from ogling her. When he'd caught other students doing so, he'd been furious. At least with some sort of mark, it made him feel a little more settled. A smirk pulled at his lips as he began to litter kisses along her neck and then up to her jaw. Catching her lips again, his fingers found their way down to tease the bottom of her T-shirt. Eyes locked on hers, he slowly began to lift it from her, maintaining eye contact with her the whole time. Tossing it aside almost carelessly, he made a quick job of removing his own shirt before leaning down and pressing a kiss to her torso. "I love you, so much Bells." he breathed, looking up briefly to meet her eyes before unbuttoning her trousers. His expression, though still swirled with desire, now held concern. He needed her to be okay with this. He didn't want to do anything she wasn't comfortable with. Reaching up, almost as a second thought, he pressed a gentle, loving kiss to her lips. "I'll be careful."---------------------------------------------------- An hour later, Kian had his arms firmly wrapped around Bella and held her tight to his chest. Pressing a kiss into the top of her head, he allowed a grin to overtake his features. The blanket that had been lain out for them to have their picnic on was now lazily covering the bodies, keeping them just warm enough and decently covered to be comfortable. The picnic basket had all but been abandoned, not that Kian minded much. He'd rather just spend time like this, with Bella held in his arms as they peacefully forgot about the rest of the world around them. Manor and Awyr seemed to have the same idea, the pair were still grazing contently, just looking up when Manor had an itch on his back that he could not reach and Awyr decided to take it upon himself to help the daintier equine. Kian chuckled softly at the pair interacting, before pressing his lips once again into the top of Bella's darkening locks. "Dafydd would totally kill me if he saw us like this right now." Kian announced, his vocals highly amused. "And I think Ieuan would too. He sees you as a sister now, y'know?" he added, thoughtfully, knowing the pair would deny anything of the sort if asked face to face. No matter how much Bella and Ieuan argued, it did even pass by the somewhat dim witted Kian unnoticed. The were becoming more and more sibling like as each day passed. Stretching a little, Kian rolled onto his side so that he was now facing Bella, his own gray oracles, currently hinted with a slight warmth of blue due to his good mood, locked on her darker shaded orbs. Pulling her flush against himself, he caught her lips into a soft, loving kiss. Cupping her chin gently, he allowed his thumb to caress her jaw gently. "So beautiful." he murmured, kissing her again just as sweetly. GAH! -squeal- Romantic Kian <3

Bella couldn't help but be caught up in the moment. Kian's lips crashed onto her own, and she granted him access to just take control. Her feministic side always made sure that she was independent, but now she gave complete control over to Kian. He'd like that, but she made sure early on their strange relationship that she wouldn't stand for any nonsense and she had taken none. Not once during this moment, did a shadow of doubt cross her mind, but knowing her own mind once she had actually thought about it, there would mental ping pong for a week. Pushing back any other thoughts, all Bella had in her mind was getting Kian to be hers in all ways. She had held him at arm's length for the last few months, just to make sure that Kian wasn't going to use her for his pleasure and then leave. For some reason Bella had chosen the most possessive guy on campus to fall in love with. For a second she wanted to hit Kian for the mark that he was making on her neck, but knew that this was just part of the process. Let him make the choices this time without any interference from her. She had to learn to trust people, and even though she loved him, she had a hard time of trusting him. This was going to be the ultimate sacrifice of herself and the break down of the last remaining walls she had built around herself. Then again, Kian knew that she didn't care for anybody else but him. He had become her world and she loved him too much to hurt him. He teased off her shirt, and she flinched. Not because she wasn't enjoying it, but because she had visible scars that made her self conscious. The accident had left more than one, but several had faded over the years. I trust you she said simply in response.
Time seemed to fly by, but Bella was sore. Running her tongue over her bottom lip, she tasted Kian but it was swollen and only slightly painful. She was trying to keep as still as possible, every movement sending up messages of pain. She wouldn't have it any other way though. Her muscles were sluggish and her reactions slow. Kian pressed a chaste kiss to her head and she just smiled. What words could she use describe how she felt? Through bright eyes she observed the horses, and just smiled to herself at how everything just seemed to have taken a pause. This is as much my fault as it is yours, she answered back. Your allure was just too much to resist, she teased, a cheeky smile playing on her lips. She allowed the comment about Ieuan and herself to go by. It was true that their relationship was becoming more sibling like, but that position was taken by Alexi, the same adopted brother that felt things that would go by unnoticed by Andrew. This was not going to be easy to hide from anyone, especially because of that mark on her neck. Bella allowed Kian to move, but kept up that eye contact that she loved so much. His blue eyes were just something else, her view into his soul, and she wouldn't have it any other way. He kissed her softly, caressing her jaw and just being a plain romantic. Ow, she said softly, not really sore, but sensitive.
