PERSONALITY://CHARMING// Chuck is probably the most charming, succesful, womanizer you've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He can make girls go weak in the knees with just a look. Have them saying his name with one kiss. And have them coming back for more after one night... Chuck is a real ladies man and always has a girl, or three, on his arm.
//EVIL// There's only one way to put it... Chuck is an evil son of a *****. He likes nothing more than to watch someone suffer. Chuck is always on the ground floor of any scandal and likes to start rumors about people. Although his smooth, innocent act can change anybody's mind about him... Unless you know him well...

Okay I must admit that he's changed a lot since he went to BRRA. He's a semi-compassionate soul, that does care about women and people now. He still likes to have fun but his thoughts have turned to finding that special woman to settle down with, but he likes the idea of remaining single.
BACKGROUND:Chuck was born into the life of horses and horse riding. His parents were both successful riders and later on trainers. He lived in the Upper East Side of New York, and went to fancy private schools. His parents were always away, fixing some horse or training some rider. They never had time for their son. So Chuck started partying, and sleeping around, never being in a relationship longer than a week. Chuck just loves riding and out to prove the world wrong when it comes to his history. You see, Chuck's family has built a massive fortune and he wants to prove that he is different...if he can get out of his party animal ways. Chuck also indirectly caused a person's death. A teenage girl who was head over heels in love with Chuck, and like all women, he used her. When he didn't want anything to do with her, she killed herself. The note she left read: I loved you CB xoxo.
He followed his parents footsteps and also became a successful rider. Now he wants to settle permanently, and that is why he came to Park Equine College, to help others reach their full potential, while he still competes, and maybe have some fun in between.
At his previous teaching post, Chuck discovered that he has a daughter named Melissa Whitcombe. She is currently 16, and Chuck is hoping that she will also come to the Academy.

//HAIR// Chuck has very dark hair. The color of rich, dark, belgian chocolate, his hair is not long, but it isn't short either... It covers his forehead and is about ear length. Chuck's hair is long enough to showcase it's natural waves.
//EYES// Chuck's eyes are brown... Brown is dull on most people, but what about Chuck is dull? Not his eyes I tell you! Instead of dark brown like his hair, Chuck's eyes are a hazelnut color and are splashed with flecks of gold.
//FACE// Chuck has an unfogettable face. It is all well in porportion and very well built. He has dark eyebrows over his gorgeous eyes. His soft, pale skin has never seen a blemish and there isn't a freckle in sight...
//CLOTHES// Chuck Bass has a very, very unique fashion sense. he wears what he likes and doens't care what anybody thinks. Chuck is rarely seen wtihout his signature scarf. Chuck Bass is the only person on earth who can pull off a mint green suit with a bowtie!
All in all Chuck has a very intriguing appearance... He stands out in a crowd and always looks his best
