This is the place where you can find all the horses in the game, and post your charrie's horses if they bring any along to Park.

The choice for the students who tend to have a bit more money, or want to keep to themselves. Single rooms only here, with TV's, en-suite bathrooms and a small kitchen area in each room - no need to use communal kitchens!

The massive Sports Center contains a Gym, studios for dance and gymnastic, a swimming pool etc and it also includes an outside area with football fields and other pitches.

This outdoor stable yard makes up a 'U' shape and has large cosy looseboxes. Staff and students horses' are housed in Campbell Stables.

Another set of interior stables, Lockwood houses broodmares and foals.

The second outdoor yard makes up a 'L' shape. Large stables hold any stallions standing at the college, as well as stallions owned by staff members.

The pastures are where all the horses are able to stretch their legs. These are for the students and the staff's horses, as well as the college owned. The brood mares and stallions have their own pastures next to their barns.

The amazing riding facilities include indoor and outdoor arenas, a massive cross-country course and a round pen.

Any horses who are in the care of the Veterinarian, or are rescue horses stay in this yard for ease of access to the facilities for them.

If your pet gets injured, or you come across injured wild animals on campus, this is the place to bring them! You can get advice on things like the best feed for your pet too.

A trail ride through the peaceful woods suits most people. The path is wide enough to easily ride alongside someone, and there are several logs which can be jumped, or skirted round. Albeit not for the speed demon, there are a few safe cantering spots.

If you are looking for a quiet ride alongside the river, this is the perfect trail for you. Staying inside campus grounds, it twists around the fields - although the turns make it not suitable for cantering.

For a small town, Park has a large array of shops where you can get everything you need from clothes, to groceries, to horse supplies and many more.

Need the police? The station's in this part of town along with the parks, places to eat, the hospital and the magnificent town hall.

There are lots of things auctioned off here, but the only one that people from the college have any interest in is the horse auctions. They come along every few months, and it's a major event.

If your character is going away for a while, then this is most likely the place they will leave from. Visiting friends/family will generally arrive here too.

Alder Way has the smaller houses. Most of them are 1-2 bedroom bungalows. There are three two story bungalows and those have three bedrooms. There are also five 1 bedroom houses and 8 2 bedroom. These are the least expensive of the houses.

Birch Row are flats. They range from expensive to pretty cheap. The more expensive come with up to 3-2 bedrooms, the cheaper just 1. This doesn't mean their horrible, they are all very much suited to live in. They are more suited to young couples or single people rather than families.

Cedar street has the more family friendly houses. They range from 3-5 bedrooms, and have big spacious gardens. They really are beautiful and a favorite. There are only 30 in the street, and they go fast. Please don't buy one unless you have a family.

Sorry, it's not a spooky place for the goths to hang out, its where all the old threads can go to save them being deleted. So you can come and read up on old and finished threads if you want to... dig up some dirt from a character's past xD
